GFM Signature allows dealers to monitor executives (leads) working time. Executives can request and apply for quotations from the showrooms on behalf of the dealers.

Story.
The ABC Group has an existing application (GFM Signature) that is used by dealers and executives. Research showed that executives were facing issues with the user experience of the flow to request quotations from the showroom, this is creating confusions because of complex UX and UI. Here I am assigned to do the research and visuals of this entire flow.
